Old Mutual Ghana Recognizes Sales Excellence at 2024 Annual Gala

Old Mutual Ghana honored its top sales advisors and teams during the 2024 Annual Sales Gala, an event designed to celebrate exceptional performance and resilience across its life insurance and pensions divisions.

The gathering, held under a theme of recognition and perseverance, brought together high-achieving employees, executives, and staff for an evening of awards and reflection on the company’s annual milestones.

In his keynote address delivered on behalf of Group Chief Executive Officer Roy Punungwe, company leadership praised the sales force for transforming challenges into opportunities. “Collectively, you have gone above and beyond, setting new benchmarks for success,” the statement read. “This evening is a reminder of what determination and hard work can achieve, and we deeply appreciate the dedication that drove last year’s results.”

The ceremony highlighted achievements through inspiring speeches, networking sessions, and an awards segment recognizing excellence in categories such as Life Retail, Bancassurance, and Corporate Customer Relationship Management. Top performers received plaques, citations, and travel packages, with onshore destinations including Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Botswana, and offshore rewards featuring trips to Brazil. Notable honorees included Suzana Mensah Boadi and Samirah Inussah, named Overall Best Performing Advisors in Life Retail, while Beatrice Serwaa Boahen and Jojo Akorli secured offshore travel accolades for their contributions to Bancassurance and Pensions, respectively.

The gala also honored teams such as the Telesales Team, celebrated as the Best Performing Sales Team, and individuals like Rispa Kartey, recognized as Best Retail Sales Manager in Pensions.
